In Ubuntu x86_64-linux-musl-gcc is provided by musl-dev package.
musl-dev is:
musl is lightweight, fast, simple, free and strives to be correct in the sense of standards-conformance and safety.
This package contains the static linked libraries and the include files.
This package also contains the specs file and gcc wrapper script for cross-compilation. For the native musl-gcc script, install the musl-tools package.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install musl-dev
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install musl-dev.
