vala command not found

In Ubuntu vala is provided by valac-bin package.
valac-bin is:

This particular package is an implementation detail of the vala packaging. It should not be installed directly and there should be no dependencies on it. Refer to the valac package instead.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

You can also use apt command to install valac-bin.
