stacks command not found

Stacks is a software pipeline for building loci from short-read sequences, such as those generated on the Illumina platform. Note that this package installs Stacks such that all commands must be run as:
$ stacks
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install stacks.
sudo apt -y install stacks
Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.
