rasqal-config command not found

In Ubuntu rasqal-config is provided by librasqal3-dev package.

librasqal3-dev is:

Development libraries, header files and documentation needed by programs that want to compile with the Rasqal RDF query library.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install librasqal3-dev

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install librasqal3-dev.

sudo apt -y install librasqal3-dev

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install librasqal3-dev
