pythran-config command not found

In Ubuntu pythran-config is provided by python3-pythran package.
python3-pythran is:
Pythran is an ahead of time compiler for a subset of the Python language, with a focus on scientific computing. It takes a Python module annotated with a few interface descriptions and turns it into a native Python module with the same interface, but (hopefully) faster.
This package contains the Python 3 version of the library.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install python3-pythran
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install python3-pythran.
sudo apt -y install python3-pythran
Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.
sudo aptitude install python3-pythran
