The tools consist of
- nvptx-none-as: “assembler” for PTX.
- nvptx-none-ld: “linker” for PTX. Additionally, the following symlinks are installed:
- nvptx-none-ar: link to the GNU/Linux host system’s ar.
- nvptx-none-ranlib: link to the GNU/Linux host system’s ranlib.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install nvptx-tools
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install nvptx-tools.
sudo apt -y install nvptx-tools
