mod command not found

This package contains the shared binaries which are used by the monodoc programs like the documentation file compiler (assembler.exe aka “monodoc”).
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install monodoc-base
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install monodoc-base.
sudo apt -y install monodoc-base
