mathgl is:

There are simple window interfaces based on GLUT, FLTK and/or Qt. MathGL can also be used in the console. There are interfaces to a set of languages, such as, C, Fortran, Pascal, Forth, Python, Octave.

This package contains MathGL utilities and examples.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install mathgl

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install mathgl.

sudo apt -y install mathgl

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install mathgl
