metar_copy command not found

This is a useful set of command line tools to give quick access to grib messages.

sudo apt-get -y install libeccodes-tools

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install libeccodes-tools.

sudo apt -y install libeccodes-tools

sudo aptitude install libeccodes-tools
