mergecap command not found

How To Fix mergecap: command not found in Ubuntu / Debian / Kali Linux / Raspbian
In Ubuntu mergecap is provided by wireshark-common package.
wireshark-common is:
Wireshark is a network “sniffer” - a tool that captures and analyzes packets off the wire. Wireshark can decode too many protocols to list here.
This package provides files common to both wireshark and tshark (the console version).
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install wireshark-common
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install wireshark-common.
sudo apt -y install wireshark-common
Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.
sudo aptitude install wireshark-common
