m4 command not found

m4 is:

m4' is an implementation of the traditional UNIX macro processor. It is mostly SVR4 compatible, although it has some extensions (for example, handling more than 9 positional parameters to macros).
m4’ also has builtin functions for including files, running shell commands, doing arithmetic, etc. Autoconf needs GNUm4' for generating
configure’ scripts, but not for running them.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install m4
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install m4.
sudo apt -y install m4
