librem5-flash-image command not found

librem5-flash-image is:

These tools are useful on the host side (e.g. the machine you use to flash the image from). They are not useful on the Librem 5 or the Devkit itself.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install librem5-flash-image
