ktp-dialout-ui command not found

sudo apt-get -y install kde-telepathy-call-ui

You can also use apt command to install kde-telepathy-call-ui.

sudo apt -y install kde-telepathy-call-ui

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install kde-telepathy-call-ui
