irqbalance command not found

In Ubuntu irqbalance is provided by irqbalance package.
irqbalance is:
Daemon to balance interrupts across multiple CPUs, which can lead to better performance and IO balance on SMP systems. This package is especially useful on systems with multi-core processors, as interrupts will typically only be serviced by the first core.
Note: irqbalance is not useful if you don’t have more than one CPU core.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install irqbalance
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install irqbalance.
sudo apt -y install irqbalance
Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.
sudo aptitude install irqbalance
