hotswap command not found

In Ubuntu hotswap is provided by hotswap-text package.
hotswap-text is:
Hotswap is a utility to register and deregister hotswappable IDE hardware. It is written to be used on Laptops with some sort of hardware bay to remove the module from the machine without rebooting it. eg. Dell Laptops.
Note that this utility is not required to insert or remove batteries or floppy disk drives; only for IDE devices.
This package includes the command line tool.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install hotswap-text
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install hotswap-text.
sudo apt -y install hotswap-text
