git-bloom-config command not found

In Ubuntu git-bloom-config is provided by python3-bloom package.
python3-bloom is:
This package is part of Robot OS (ROS). It (bloom) provides tools for releasing software on top of a git repository and uses tools and patterns from git-buildpackage. Additionally, bloom uses meta and build information from catkin (https://github.com/ros/catkin) to automate release branching and the generation of platform specific source packages, like debian’s src-debs.
This package installs the library for Python 3.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install python3-bloom
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install python3-bloom.
