flexml command not found

flexml: command not found

or when using sudo you get the following error message

sudo: flexml: command not found

In Ubuntu flexml is provided by flexml package.

flexml is:

FleXML makes it easy to generate very fast validating XML processors as flex(1) source.

By design it can only handle documents using an external DTD.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install flexml

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install flexml.

sudo apt -y install flexml

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install flexml
