flask-label-pci command not found

This package is only required on the host system (Domain 0) and not on the virtual guest systems (Domain U).

sudo apt-get -y install xen-utils-common

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install xen-utils-common.

sudo apt -y install xen-utils-common

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install xen-utils-common
