efetch command not found

In Ubuntu efetch is provided by acedb-other package.
acedb-other is:
This package collects all those smallish applications that acedb collects under its ‘other’ target of its Makefile.
efetch: presumably short for ’entry fetch’ collects sequence information from common DNA and protein databases.
To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.
sudo apt-get -y install acedb-other
This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.
You can also use apt command to install acedb-other.
sudo apt -y install acedb-other
Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.
sudo aptitude install acedb-other
