dgit command not found

In Ubuntu dgit is provided by dgit package.

dgit is:

dgit (with the associated infrastructure) makes it possible to treat the Debian archive as a git repository.

dgit push constructs uploads from git commits

dgit clone and dgit fetch construct git commits from uploads.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install dgit

You can also use apt command to install dgit.

sudo apt -y install dgit

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install dgit
