xbuilder is:

This package contains scripts to run a batch-job of cross-builds, using various methods, on a list of source packages. It is not a proper buildd, or smart in any way, just really a collection of scripts wrtten for a particular task. Nevertheless they remain useful for this particular job.

sudo apt-get -y install xbuilder

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install xbuilder.

sudo apt -y install xbuilder

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install xbuilder
