blur_image command not found

sudo: blur_image: command not found

In Ubuntu blur_image is provided by blur-effect package.

blur-effect is:

Blur-effect is an offscreen image blurring utility, based on efficient Gaussian blur with linear sampling.

This package is part of DDE (Deepin Desktop Environment).

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install blur-effect

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install blur-effect.

sudo apt -y install blur-effect

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install blur-effect
