In Ubuntu amule-emc is provided by amule-emc package.

amule-emc is:

amule-emc is a tool to parse emulecollection files and print out the ed2k links contained in them.

It differs from ’ed2k’ program (from amule-utils) since amule-emc just displays the links, while ed2k actually imports the collection into aMule.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install amule-emc

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install amule-emc.

sudo apt -y install amule-emc

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install amule-emc
