module-size command not found

module-size: command not found

or when using sudo you get the following error message

sudo: module-size: command not found

In Ubuntu module-size is provided by libmemory-usage-perl package.

libmemory-usage-perl is:

Memory::Usage measures, from the operating system’s perspective, how much memory a Perl program is using at any given time.

It can record memory usage at specific times, and report about it afterwards.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install libmemory-usage-perl

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install libmemory-usage-perl.

sudo apt -y install libmemory-usage-perl

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install libmemory-usage-perl
