mesh-cfgclient command not found

sudo apt-get -y install bluez-meshd

You can also use apt command to install bluez-meshd.

sudo apt -y install bluez-meshd

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install bluez-meshd
