librem5r2-flash-image command not found

These tools are useful on the host side (e.g. the machine you use to flash the image from). They are not useful on the Librem 5 or the Devkit itself.

sudo apt-get -y install librem5-flash-image

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install librem5-flash-image.

sudo apt -y install librem5-flash-image

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.
