deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor command not found

Introduction

When you run more command in linux terminal / console, you get the following error message

deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor: command not found

or when using sudo you get the following error message

sudo: deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor: command not found

In Ubuntu deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor is provided by deepnano package.

deepnano is:

DeepNano is alternative basecaller for Oxford Nanopore MinION reads based on deep recurrent neural networks.

Currently it works with SQK-MAP-006 and SQK-MAP-005 chemistry and as a postprocessor for Metrichor.

To fix this problem, we can install more using the command below.

sudo apt-get -y install deepnano

This command might take some time to finish depending on your machine internet connection.

You can also use apt command to install deepnano.

sudo apt -y install deepnano

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install deepnano
