bcalm command not found

In Ubuntu bcalm is provided by bcalm package.

bcalm is:

This is the parallel version of the BCALM software using gatb-core library.

sudo apt-get -y install bcalm

sudo apt -y install bcalm

Or if you have aptitude installed you can use the following command.

sudo aptitude install bcalm
